Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior PMO Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will lead the development and adoption of project lifecycle standards, oversee governance processes, analyze portfolio performance, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership and clients. This role requires advanced analytical capabilities, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
Your role in our mission
- Drive continuous improvement by designing and implementing enhancements to project management processes, tools, and templates.
- Lead risk management activities, including escalation and resolution strategies.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level portfolio reports, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Analyze complex project and program performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct comprehensive phase gate audits and ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Advise project teams and leadership on resource planning and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and PMO standards across all projects.
- Champion the adoption of project management best practices across the portfolio.
What we're looking for
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a PMO or project management environment, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record in portfolio analysis, reporting, and governance.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project/Online and Excel (pivot tables, complex data analysis).
- Experience with visualization tools like Power BI.
Other Qualifications:
- PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and influence at all levels of the organization.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
