Your role in our mission

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Project Management Methodology/Framework that aligns to Gainwell standards 
  • Planning the program and monitoring overall performance against the PMM framework 
  • Provide a structured governing project management body 
  • Provide project portfolio reporting capabilities  
  • Enable processes for the appropriate management of actions items, decisions and issues, ensuring team completes and/or resolves efficiently. 
  • Enable processes for the appropriate management of risks, ensuring team applies corrective measures to mitigate risks efficiently. 
  • Managing communication across all stakeholders, third-party contributors and project leaders 
  • Mentor and train an experienced and competent staff of project managers 
  • Identify, track and manage Program Deliverables and Milestones   
  • Manages the Gainwell contract requirements and changes, including traceability and change impact, plus templates etc.. 
  • Oversees the Gainwell processes that support the RAID, including follow-up and tracking, interface with State in meeting 

What we're looking for

  • MUST HAVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE LEAD EXPERIENCE!
  • PMP Certificate 
  • 10 + years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of Direct Client Facing experience 
  • Enable processes for the appropriate management of risks, actions items, decisions and issues, ensuring the team applies corrective measures to mitigate risks efficiently and resolves issues efficiently. (combined from bullet below)

  • Manages the Gainwell contract requirements and changes, including traceability and change impact, plus templates etc.. 

What you should expect in this role

  • Fully Remote (Within the US)
  • Working hours to reflect PST
  • Travel may be required up to 50%.
