Pharmacy Business Analyst Supervisor Service

Your role in our mission

•    Responsible for supervising the PBM Business Analyst team

•    Lead and coordinate leveraged Business Analyst team supporting Pharmacy & Drug Rebate accounts


•    Supporting PBM or Drug rebate implementation and configurations


•    Support PBM operations and maintenance


•    Reviews and approves training curriculum to ensure staff are appropriately trained.


•    Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff


•    Continually monitors, assesses, and recommends improvement of the BA processes


•    Performance reviews to evaluate staff on quality and performance metrics


•    Complete assignments and work products on schedule with quality results. 


•    Communicate assignment status and escalate issues timely. 


•    Provide, collect, and validate estimates of work effort for project assignments and work products.


•    Constructing Business Intelligence, SQL, or other reports for Pharmacy and Drug Rebate
 

What we're looking for

Pharmacy


•    Lead team that is performing pharmacy updates including benefit plan design, edit/audit set up, utilization controls, PDL, configuration updates, and auto prior authorization parameters


•    Preparing PBM Statistics and Reporting


•    Manage the BAs that are configuring weekly FDB drug file update in the system


•    Testing POS pharmacy claims and other subsystems used for pharmacy business as required

 

Drug Rebate


•    Performing Drug code updates and any testing for Drug Rebate as well as the quarterly updates required to run the drug rebate cycles.


•    Perform testing required with change management process to drug rebate subsystem


•    Attend/Participate in the GWT National Drug Rebate Meeting

 

Basic Qualifications


•    Previous Supervise experience is required


•    Experience with Medicaid and Business Analyst functions 


•    Experience working with business administrative practices and procedures


•    Experience performing Benefit plan and code file updates and any testing related to Reference


•    Skills in utilizing presentation and database software


•    Good communication skills


•    Good business solutions software, Excel, and SQL skills


•    Good organization skills to balance work and prioritize tasks


•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
