Summary
As a Pharmacy Rebate Analyst at Gainwell Technologies, you will play a vital role in analyzing and reporting Medicaid Drug Rebate operations. You will utilize your analytical skills to review claims, resolve disputes, and prepare detailed financial reports that drive decision-making and ensure compliance with industry standards. This fully remote position allows you to work collaboratively with a dynamic team while contributing to meaningful healthcare solutions.
Your role in our mission
- Audit, analyze, and process disputes and manufacturer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Review drug claims data to identify errors or discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports to summarize findings, support resolutions, and guide decision-making.
- Identify and resolve billing issues, escalating concerns as necessary to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain financial records in compliance with industry standards and client requirements, providing periodic updates and insights.
- Conduct provider outreach to address complex scenarios and improve data accuracy.
What we're looking for
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting and reporting financial and operational data.
- Knowledge of pharmacy/Medicaid Drug Rebates and/or the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Medicaid Drug Rebates Program (MDRP), supplemental rebates, medical and pharmacy claims processing, and 340B preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to prepare detailed reports and interact with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.

The pay range for this position is $43,800.00 - $62,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
