Summary

As member of the Pharmacy Solutions Product team, the Business Analyst will work with Analytics, Engineering and Operations subject matter experts to support the development of the solution Features and User Stories that will be used to develop key product functionality including operational processing and analytics reports and dashboard.

Your role in our mission

The ideal BA candidate is a self-directed, innovative thinker who is familiar with product specific subject matter. They can facilitate cross functional groups and interpret end-user terminology into requirements for engineers to design/develop into functional system updates and analytic models.

Evaluates existing process performance, and documents opportunities for improvement
Research subject information and gather relevant market intelligence as needed
Interacts with technical and operational resources to address development problems and achieve outcomes.
Supports the development of detailed business requirements using standard tools and processes.
Provides expertise in how business requirements reflect needed capabilities and serves as an initial point of contact for stakeholders in executing product development and enhancement roadmap priorities.
Coordinates review and feedback of concepts with key stakeholders and updates documents as required.
Supports the development and maintenance of Pharmacy Solutions product roadmaps by documenting and updating materials and systems as required.
As needed participates in the governance for evaluating, tracking and reporting product development and enhancement process.

What we're looking for

9+ years of experience in healthcare-related product management, business analysis, or health plan management.
Experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare technology setting.
Proficiency in Agile Product Development and working with cross-functional teams
Pharmacy/PBM experience is required
Strong skills in business process documentation, information modeling, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
