Your role in our mission
- As an Enterprise Architect on an Account, you will play a key role in defining the end-to-end application and solution architectures necessary to support incoming customer initiatives and programs. This includes many areas of focus – business, information, application, infrastructure / cloud, network, security, technical operations, and compliance at both State and Federal levels.
- Working across multiple projects, you will identify and address architecturally significant changes, complete architecture impact assessments, prepare technical documentation, and present solutions to the Account Architecture Review Board (ARB).
- Viewed as a leader on an Account, you will assign architecture resources across a portfolio of projects and provide mentorship to more junior staff in the architecture and project teams.
- As part of ensuring quality, you will perform final reviews on document deliverables that will reach the customer.
- Regular interaction with multiple levels of leadership is expected, including the Project Management Office (PMO), project teams, infrastructure and security teams, and the customer. Productive collaboration and quality communications are central to your success.
What we're looking for
- Ten or more years of application architecture and/or product development experience.
- Experience working with:
- Architecture framework methodologies such as TOGAF.
- Software systems, applications, and supporting infrastructure.
- Application design principles and product configurations.
- Programming languages, databases, tooling, operating systems, infrastructure, and cloud technologies, as relative to any given Account.
- Software development lifecycles and client requirements.
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel.
- Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, application development personnel and management.
- Strongly Preferred – Enterprise Architecture experience within a Healthcare environment.
- Driving of Enterprise Architecture initiatives for large Accounts, State and Federal Accounts.
- Producing technical roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and supporting documentation.
- Conducting technical research, testing, and evaluation of complex IT systems.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile.

The pay range for this position is $118,800.00 - $169,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
