Your role in our mission

  • Provides architectural oversight for the development of highly complex new and/or enhanced applications or products. Integrates components built by application developers and/or programmers as needed. Provides technical advice to other departments within the company. 
  • Reviews and conducts technical research, testing, evaluation and documentation of complex hosting/configuration tools and methodologies
  • Evaluates new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities into company products.
  • Acts as liaison between third party vendors and company to procure, develop and/or integrate their applications into company products and to ensure that applications are in accordance with company product standards and guidelines. 
  • Works with product development teams and senior designers on complex projects to develop architectural requirements to ensure client satisfaction with product.
  • Owns Solutions / Post Sale / Integration of components
  • Typically works on large projects
  • Own Enterprise Architecture Framework and Architecture artifacts for accounts
  • Own technical governance and compliance
  • Own and lead Architecture Review Board for account
  • Own the technical roadmap for account
  • Analyzes data and drives operational improvements
  • Focused on root cause analysis and driving permanent correction
  • Client facing
  • Proactively shares solutions across accounts
  • Upskills the team

What we're looking for

  • Ten or more years of application architecture and/or product development experience 
  • Experience working with:
    • architecture framework methodologies such as TOGAF
    •  software systems, applications and network markets 
    • technical products, vendors, and families of technologies and company hardware and software products 
    • broad business area and knowledge of competitor products and services 
    • application design principles and product configurations 
    • appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software to understand product line software and hardware 
    • mainframes, scheduling software, and other related technologies 
    • software development life cycle and client requirements 
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel 
  • Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, application development personnel and management
  • Background working in Health Care Industry, preferably Medicaid

The pay range for this position is $118,800.00 - $169,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
