Essential Job Functions

Provide medical expertise in occupational medicine for multiple divisions; ensure diagnoses follow protocol.

Develop and implement policies for surveillance, certification, emergency response, workers’ comp, and health promotion.

Prepare reports on performance and goals.

Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.

Support division-wide programs; recommend improvements.
-
Advise management on health and environmental issues.

Manage budgets; recommend equipment, training, and resources.
-
Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and recognition.
-
Prepare and monitor operating and personnel budgets.
Basic Qualifications

Medical degree
-
12+ years’ medical experience in occupational medicine.
-
Knowledge of compliance standards and laws.
-
Experience with occupational medicine practices and budgets.
-
Board certification preferred.
