Your role in our mission

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Gainwell products, aligning with business goals and market needs.
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear business/technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize product and customer requirements to guide product design, enhancements, and quality assurance.
  • Manage product deliverables by setting milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, providing input on product and operational requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to ensure product design and deployment meet client expectations and compliance standards.
  • Support partnerships with verticals, systems integrators, and service providers to enhance product value and client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform product direction and ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Engage in Agile product development processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product demonstrations.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement through roadmap updates.

What we're looking for

  • Over 12 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on Healthcare and Medicaid solutions.
  • Proven success in managing product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and Agile development while collaborating with clients, engineering, and compliance teams.
  • Highly adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Quick to learn new business domains and skilled in gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving ambiguity and anticipating challenges.
  • Effective mentor and communicator, able to guide junior team members, translate technical concepts for diverse audiences, and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Willingness to work in an offshore/onsite model (May require evening/weekend work)

The pay range for this position is $108,500.00 - $155,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
