Your role in our mission

  • Leads the program team, assigns tasks, monitors deliverables and schedules, and interfaces with other groups as needed.
  • Provides direction to resources assigned to the program and ensures that projects meet all scope, time, budget and quality expectations. 
  • Tracks schedule and financial performance at a program level, generating metrics and data to support dashboard reporting
  • Manages staffing allocations across the program and coordinates staffing needs with leadership
  • Identifies and manages program risk
  • Executes and manages to the approved scope of work, initiating change control as needed
  • Work as a SME, generating leverage able project collateral and mentoring Project Managers
  • Tracks the development of associated deliverables, providing quality oversight and driving towards submittal and approval dates
  • Participates in delivery review process to ensure management is aware of the delivery status of the program

What we're looking for

  • Twelve or more years of project/program planning/management experience
  • Strategic thinker experienced interacting and reporting to executive level leadership
  • Experience working with project management methodology tools including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software and finance and accounting concepts and practices. Experience working with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Experience working with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors
  • Experience working with delivery assurance principles and appropriate procedures relevant to area
  • Experience working with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle and phases
  • Healthcare experience preferredPMP Required

The pay range for this position is $116,800.00 - $146,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
