We are looking for a talented Principal Project Manager who will have the responsibility of client project management, company project management and project team performance by obtaining and providing project metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with client vision, business objectives, and success factors.

Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions

• Communicates/interfaces regularly with client(s)
• Creates and implements complex project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for a large sized or multiple projects of high complexity
• Organizes project team(s) members to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives
• Manages costs, schedules and quality by overseeing project deliverables, ensuring schedules are met
• Acts as the point of contact with client project management and identifies (when needed) staffing changes
• Oversees the ongoing review of project(s) status; identifies risks and develops, recommends and implements risk mitigation
• Develops and makes presentations that could lead to expanded business opportunities and oversees assigned personnel
• Assigns work and provides direction with regard to timeliness and completion of project objectives
• Addresses performance issues within prescribed guidelines. Provides performance input upon completion of project
• Works in conjunctions with team members and stakeholders to anticipate and manage changes to projects

What we're looking for

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree AND equivalent combination of experience
• Active PMP certification
• 10+ years of SuccessFactors experience
• 10+ years of Project Management experience and various methodologies
• Strong experience with estimating/budget development and finance/accounting concepts
