Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Healthcare to join our Payment Integrity Product Team. This role will be critical in driving innovation, efficiency, and value across our Client Solutions.  The ideal candidate brings both experience and deep expertise with a proven track record in product management, project management, vendor management, strategic planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead Payment Integrity solutions from ideation and roadmap planning to delivery and adoption.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to ensure our solutions are differentiated, competitive, and aligned with client needs.
  • Partner with clinical, operations, IT, and business stakeholders to design and prioritize product features that improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long term vision.
  • Scope and size new initiatives, creating business cases that estimate value, effort, and ROI.
  • Translate complex clinical and regulatory requirements into actionable product features and solutions.
  • Track, measure, and communicate product performance, ensuring alignment with efficiency, quality, and financial goals.
  • Manage client deliverables in coordination with IT, business, and operational teams.
  • Oversee, manage, and coordinate all activities related to third party vendors.
  • Coordinate invoice process and ensure that vendor is meeting contractual obligations.
  • Manage list of all vendors and contract terms, manage all contracts to ensure business goals are met and there are no disruptions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks for all vendor services.
  • Act as primary point of contact for vendors and operations to resolve issues that arise.
  • Participate in vendor selection and track all onboarding activities.
  • *Monitor vendor performance and establish KPI’s

What we're looking for

  • Product and Project Management Expertise: 3+ years of experience with a focus on Clinical Solutions in Healthcare and Payment Integrity.
  • Leadership and Delivery: Strong project management skills with proven success in planning, execution, and delivering product roadmaps.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Data-driven decision-making, client-facing communication, and effective collaboration across clinical, technical, and business teams.
  • Technical and Procurement Experience: Familiarity with healthcare claims workflows, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and tools like Ariba.(Nice to have)

The pay range for this position is $108,500.00 - $155,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
