Your role in our mission
Product Goals and Roadmap:
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Define and align product goals with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- MUST maintain a 12-month view of client pipeline and opportunities and communicate and collaborate with engineering to ensure pipeline is an input into engineering capacity and delivery timelines.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- MUST maintain a 12-month high level roadmap for client consumption, AND a 12-month detailed feature/capability roadmap for internal consumption.
- MUST maintain a set of product-related metrics/KPIs to define success and measure progress against it.
Product Development and Delivery:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement resulting in the identification of capabilities, features, enhancements, etc.
- MUST pare down capabilities, features, enhancements, into clear requirements and enter ADO backlog.
- MUST ensure requirements have clear descriptions, acceptance criteria, test criteria, etc.
- MUST meet with engineering regularly to groom backlog and guide demos.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure that the delivered solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and drive continuous improvement.
Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and enhance our product offerings.
- Leads the design, pricing and marketing of products and services to provide support for the full life cycle of products and product lines.
Product Evangelism:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for our Interoperability solutions, representing the product internally and externally through presentations, demos, and other channels.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues early in the product lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in product management and/or consulting
- 5+ years of experience in health care.
- Experience in Healthcare Interoperability platforms, including deployment of a platform that includes multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with HL7 FHIR solutions.
- Exposure to Clinical Data and Prior Authorization systems

The pay range for this position is $118,800.00 - $169,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
