We are looking for a talented Client Engagement Specialist who has an overall passion for helping clients. This individual will be responsible for the management of several accounts within a portfolio as well as relationship management, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.
Your role in our mission
- This individual will provide support for the successful delivery of Gainwell services to client(s).
- Support may include data mining validation, data sorting and analysis, presentation preparation, as well as various research related tasks and overall support of business development projects and day to day operational projects.
- Works with the client engagement team and other organizations to collect data on behalf of the client(s).
- Works directly with clients, project team and business leaders to identify analytical requirements
- Performs data analysis, identifies trends and issues, evaluates and provides recommended solutions for issues identified.
- Designs and develops reports.
- Builds relationships with internal and external staff to ensure client expectations are being met.
- Ensures client deliverables are accurate, timely, and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Identifies delivery issues and provides suggested solutions.
- Works with client engagement team to develop materials for client presentations.
- Interacts with clients under the guidance of the client engagement leaders.
- May participate in the proposal development process.
- May manage client relationship or components of a relationship; responsible for ensuring client satisfaction.
- Works with client(s) to develop project approach and/or implementation plans.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of Client Facing experience
- 3+ years of Account Management experience
- 1+ years of Healthcare experience
- Experience with problem solving and client services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
What you should expect in this role
- Fully Remote (Within the U.S.)
- May require up to 25% travel quarterly for group training
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Upward career advancement is possible and encouraged.
- Company provided computer for work use.
- For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $52,900.00 - $75,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
