Your Role In Our Mission

Job Responsibilities

• Telecom Expense Management - Internal processes and outside vendor management
• Management and tracking of TOSA’s, LOA’s, and RESPORG’s
• Management of vendor billing process and approvals
• Work with Accounts Payable group to achieve on-time bill payments and service reliability
• Carrier contract management

Knowledge/Skills Applied To Job Responsibilities 

• Strong knowledge of Carrier terminology and practices.
• Strong knowledge and experience in processing circuit orders, moves, and disconnects.
• Intermediate knowledge in all types of voice and data carrier connections
• Solid ability to evaluate processes, recommend changes, and implement improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technology into business terms with customers at all levels.
• Focus on Customer Service.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in voice or data circuit management
• 3+ years of experience in Telecom Expense Management
• 1+ years documenting policies, procedures and systems architecture
