Your role in our mission

  • Provides technical support to customers by handling systems-related issues; may provide on-call technical support telephonically and/or electronically.
  • Performs analysis of the Gainwell Care Management system’s operational deficiencies and identifies and implements solutions.
  • Understands and supports client data and data processes, including REST API-based data integration, batch file imports, performance and indexing, and export routines.
  • Builds, configures, and troubleshoots 3rd party application integrations. 
  • Tests software system capabilities and performance in client environments to ensure that software meets standards and expectations.
  • Works on projects as assigned; assists in supporting the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects.
  • Implements and documents processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standard business practices. Assists in the implementation of training tools and documentation.
  • Provides basic technical consultation on current and proposed systems to other organizations and clients.
  • Performs routine repairs, maintenance and upgrades of existing systems using solutions in accordance with standard operating procedures. Investigates and resolves matters of significance.
  • Works with product development teams and senior designers in developing design requirements that are accurate and relevant to company needs.

What we're looking for

  • 1 to 3 years using Microsoft Sql Server, with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and write and execute data transformation scripts.
  • 1 to 3 years working with third party software integration through various interface engines. 
  • 1 years with web application hosting in Microsoft IIS, web APIs with the ability to troubleshoot an API-based application.
  • 1+ Years experience developing and/or supporting web applications or schooling in technical degree.
  • Experience with Aurelia (framework for routing and data binding), Typescript – (Javascript with types), and materialize – (Cascading Style Sheet) a plus. 

What you should expect in this role

  • This position is 100% remote, the person will need to be available between 8 am – 5 pm MT Monday – Friday.
  • They will need to work with technical and non-technical staff, support clients in critical system down scenarios, and ensure they are keeping others up to date of progress.
  • Communication, teamwork, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges are all key to be successful in this position.

  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $56,900.00 - $81,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
