Your role in our mission

  • Work with a team to deliver and maintain a high-impact and wide-reaching curriculum of live and recorded webinars, eLearning modules, and other learning offerings.
  • Deliver training to external audiences, and perform needs analysis as appropriate to determine training needs.
  • Prepare lesson plans including developing and preparing training materials such as presentations, handouts, instructor guides, and audio-visuals.
  • Gathers, reviews, and analyzes course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training sessions. Prepares recommendations and reports to leadership/management.
  • Participate in the development, updating, and delivery of a comprehensive annual Training Plan.

What we're looking for

  • Experience working with training facilitation, adult learning, and training methodologies.
  • Experience delivering onsite (in-person) and online training courses.
  • Three or more years of training delivery experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality regarding employee/contractor information.

What you should expect in this role

  • Must be a resident of the state of California.
  • Primarily remote work. May occasionally report onsite for meetings, special training requests, or other business needs. The office is in West Sacramento.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connectivity is required.
  • Highly collaborative and interactive team and role.
  • Accountability for individual work assignments and projects.

The pay range for this position is $55,300.00 - $79,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
