You’ll have an incredible opportunity to grow your career in a company that values your contributions and puts a premium on work flexibility, learning, and career development.  We are seeking a talented individual for a Program Director responsible for overseeing routine delivery of client services, day-to-day management of client relationships, and overall contract P&L for Government client(s). 

Your role in our mission

  • Serves as the primary liaison with clients, responsible for overall client satisfaction for payment integrity work including prior authorization and utilization management
  • Responsible for verbal and written communication to client executives regarding contract status and accomplishments, including presentations
  • Synthesizes data to support messaging to clients
  • Collaborates with Gainwell payment integrity and IT operational resources and leaders to ensure key client deliverables, SLAs, and quality standards are met or exceeded.
  • Manages an operating budget with P/L responsibility including monthly accrual, revenue and expense projections.
  • Works with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities for value added services. Introduces, negotiates, and implements new projects to expand scope of engagement.
  • Engages in the strategy and development of government affairs programs specific to assigned account(s)
  • Monitors competitor landscape through constant review of competitor activity/wins

What we're looking for

  • BA/BS - (Business/Healthcare preferred)
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - preferred
  • 5+ years of client facing experience, both written and verbal communication
  • 5+ years of MS Excel/Power Point/Word
  • 3+ years Medicare/Medicaid/Utilization Management/Health Policy experience

What you should expect in this role

  • Work remotely (within the US), ideally located in New Jersey
  • May be required to work extended hours for special business needs
  • May be required to travel up to 10% of time
  • Manage projects and think strategically
  • Compensation includes annual bonus of up to 20%

 

The pay range for this position is $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
