We are seeking a talented individual for a Program Integrity (PI) Program Director, who is responsible for the successful sales and delivery of Gainwell services to client(s). Responsible for delivery of Gainwell services to Government client(s) in accordance with client contract requirements. Oversees routine delivery of client services, and responsible for day-to-day management of client relationship and overall contract P&L. Must have strong project management capabilities and assist in scope expansion sales and implementations. Must track to strategic corporate initiatives that are tied directly to individual account goals and objectives. Strong communicator and collaborator with operational and IT teams. Strategic thinker and innovator.

Your role in our mission

  • Serves as the primary liaison with clients and is responsible for overall client satisfaction for our NY Medicaid payment integrity work.
  • Dedicated responsibility for leading/managing all account and contractual aspects, such as planning, scheduling, coordination, quality assurance, and reporting of workload and financial results.
  • Manages an operating budget with P/L responsibility including monthly accrual, revenue and expense projections.
  • Introduces, negotiates, and implements new projects to expand scope of engagement.
  • Develops and maintains a project status reporting system to ensure all contract deliverables are tracked, monitored, and completed timely. Provides status reports to Senior Management and clients detailing the progress and accomplishments in meeting contract deliverables.
  • Works with Senior Management to develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve enterprise goals.
  • Works with clients and stakeholders (both internal and external) to monitor and communicate progress, identify and manage risk, and communicate consistently and effectively. Attends status meetings with client stakeholders and presents results of contract work. Communicates effectively on action items and issues. 

What we're looking for

  • BA/BS - (Business/IT/Accounting/Healthcare preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medicaid Program Integrity.
  • General knowledge of the Medicaid program and relevant experience in managing audits of Medicaid providers and systems.
  • Experience with New York Medicaid is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft applications. Advanced technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with managing healthcare clients.
  • Ability to function well in a highly collaborative environment which often requires managing relationships across task orders, multiple functional areas and physical and virtual locations.

  • Compensation includes annual bonus of up to 20%

The pay range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
