Summary

We are seeking a talented individual who will be responsible for supporting and managing client relationships and for delivery of Gainwel/HMS services to Government client(s) in accordance with client contract requirements. Oversee routine delivery of client services and be responsible for day-to-day management of client relationship. Must have strong project management capabilities and assist in scope expansion sales and implementations. Must track strategic corporate initiatives that are tied directly to individual account goals and objectives. Strong communicator and collaborator with operational and IT teams.

Your role in our mission

  • Focus on client deliverables ensuring timely and accurate submission. Develops documents with appropriate standards to meet client requirements and needs.
  • Maintains quality of program deliverables within defined and agreed upon program requirements, SLAs, LDs and helps develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Ensures communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives and understands how to report/escalate issues.
  • Assists with oversight and management of contracts, specific products/services or special projects.
  • Participates in client meetings and assist in client relationships, with support from Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Builds relationships and collaborates effectively with operations, IT and implementations teams to ensure successful delivery of services to client(s).
  • Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to leadership of progress towards business goals, budgeting and forecasting.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Access/Power Point/Word. Ability to create queries, forms and reports to support data analysis.
  • Three (3) or more years of relevant work experience (preferably with Medicare/Medicaid, Government, Client services)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (client communication skills preferred)
  • Ability to work independently, manage several projects, engage with various stakeholders (internal and external) and meet deadlines.

What you should expect in this role

•    This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
•    Must be willing to work 8AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time.
•    Travel may be required up 10% and is company paid.

•    New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.

•    For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.  Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
•    Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $52,900.00 - $75,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
