Program Manager (Remote in USA)

We are looking for a talented Program Manager who will be responsible for communicating with our client, company and project team leadership, while measuring and sharing project metrics/status. 

Your role in our mission

• Builds and manages client relationships, with support from Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction
• Works with client(s) to design the project approach and develop implementation plans
• Oversight and management of contracts, specific products/services or special projects
• Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to leadership of progress towards business goals
• Manages, prepares and monitors budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s)
• May supervise additional account management staff (i/e Program Specialist)
• Actively project manage across non-direct reports, while recommending program changes as needed  
• Ability to quickly escalate any risk(s) and implement risk mitigation solutions

What we're looking for

• BA/BS degree or 5+ years of equivalent Medicare/Medicaid provider experience
• Strong presenter who communicates ideas clearly and has the ability to train, guide and mentor junior colleagues
• Strong knowledge of MS Suite - Excel (especially pivot tables), Power Point, Word Outlook, and Teams
• Active PMP preferred OR willing to obtain within 1 year
• MUST be comfortable working MST hours
