We are looking for a talented Program Manager who will be responsible for communicating with our client, company and project team leadership, while measuring and sharing project metrics/status.
Your role in our mission
- Builds and manages client relationships, with support from the Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction
Builds relationships and collaborates effectively with HMS contract operations and implementations to ensure successful delivery of services to client(s). - Leads the creation and/or review of client deliverables, and tracks/communicates resolution as appropriate.
- Develops and creates and owns client facing operational reporting and program management tracking tools to monitor operational and financial performance
- Oversight and management of contracts, specific products/services or special projects
- Actively project manage across non-direct reports, while recommending program changes as needed
- Ability to quickly escalate any risk(s) and implement risk mitigation solutions
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree
Five (5) or more years of Medicare/Medicaid experience
Five (5) or more years of healthcare provider work experience - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive / protected health information is critical
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and other reporting/analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret operational data.- Ability to develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that provide visibility into project and operational outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes through data analysis.
- Translates complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that inform operational priorities and business decisions.
- Uses data-driven analysis to proactively recommend process improvements, resource allocation strategies, and areas of operational focus.
- Strong presenter who communicates ideas clearly
What you should expect in this role
- Remote-based opportunity within the United States
- Hours generally 8AM - 5PM Central Standard Time with some flexibility
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $52,900.00 - $75,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
