Gainwell is seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile project delivery across healthcare technology initiatives. This role focuses on managing medium-sized project teams, driving quality and timeliness, and aligning execution with strategic program goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Agile methodologies, strong leadership, and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes for vulnerable communities.

Your role in our mission

Lead one or more Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Iteration planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to track metrics and recommend improvements.
Prepare and manage Statements of Work (SOW) and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Mentor junior team members and promote Agile maturity.
Identify and mitigate risks through proactive reporting and updates.
Translate program objectives into actionable milestones.

What we're looking for

6+ years of project management experience; 3+ years in Medicaid/Medicare preferred.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
Proficiency in modern project management tools such as Azure DevOps, and/or MS Project.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Azure DevOps, MS Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
