Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as single point of contact to clients, managing all aspects of the client relationship and project facilitation.
- Facilitate project kickoff and planning meetings with clients to gather all necessary documentation and key information to establish business requirements.
- Develop & execute project timeline.
- Create and manage an implementation strategy for each project to maximize results while meeting set deadlines.
- Appropriately involve all areas of the business as needed for implementation.
- Utilize internally developed software to set up new and ongoing clients for audit purposes.
- Coordinate development of communication materials.
- Create project status, final and ad-hoc reports for client.
- Research and resolve client issues and concerns.
- Follow established process while identifying deviations and impacts to other business areas.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related field
- College degree preferred
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and/or within restricted timeframes
- Strong technical aptitude including excellent skills in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Analytical, problem solver with attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with coordinating projects and working with multiple teams to implement projects
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/initiatives simultaneously
- Process improvement mindset
- Strong operational propensity
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and take on new assignments

Details:
- Remote position (US only)
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
