Summary

The OCM Certification Project Manager leads large, enterprise-level projects integrating project management discipline with organizational change management (OCM) strategies to drive measurable adoption and sustainment.
This role ensures that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget — while also ensuring the people side of change is effectively managed across stakeholders, systems, and processes.

You will oversee governance, scheduling, communication planning, risk management, and change enablement activities across multiple project streams, ensuring alignment between business transformation goals and delivery execution.

Your role in our mission

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and governance for OCM and technology-driven initiatives.
  • Strengthen the quality, delivery, and adoption of enterprise programs through effective governance, communications, and risk management practices.
  • Validate the scope of OCM activities, including stakeholder identification, engagement planning, business process alignment, and training needs.
  • Orient and train project team members on OCM methodologies, tools, and templates; ensure consistent use across workstreams.
  • Develop and track OCM metrics to measure organizational readiness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Oversee and monitor execution of OCM deliverables — communication plans, training plans, and workforce transition plans.
  • Partner with the Program Scheduler and Stakeholder Engagement Manager to align timelines, dependencies, and change impacts.
  • Provide oversight and support to project and workstream leads to ensure coordination of OCM and training activities across all impacted modules and user groups.
  • Interface with clients, sponsors, and leadership to track performance, manage risks, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and secure agreement from stakeholders on project scope and deliverables

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of nine (9) years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator for large-scale healthcare or technology implementations.
  • Nine (9) years of experience managing project governance, change management, and requirements management.
  • Five (5) years of experience with PMBOK or similar methodologies, using project management tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, training development, and communications planning.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills with a proven ability to influence at all levels.
  • Active Prosci Change Management Certification (required).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (required

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
