Your role in our mission

  • Coordinates moderately complex administrative and/or clerical functions for a project team such as schedules, appointments, meeting and presentation materials. May perform word processing and related office duties.
  • Handles moderately complex confidential material relevant to company/project operations. Coordinates incoming and outgoing project communications including phone calls, memos, e-mails, etc.
  • Monitors and processes time and expense reports, project task sheets, client invoices, and other project team deliverables. May also coordinate the project deliverable repository.
  • Applies knowledge of standard project management software tools to maintain current data in systems, generate necessary reports, and track expenses to the project budget.
  • Performs moderately complex administrative functions related to entering information into databases, producing statistical reports, and researching information for presentations.
  • Serves as a liaison between project personnel and the business unit(s) associated with the project.
  • Understands and supports the project's goals, timelines, and critical success factors.
  • Builds and maintains a solid working relationship with the client.
  • Arranges and coordinates routine business travel and/or other travel-related arrangements as needed for project team personnel.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years commercial/Medicare/Medicaid insurance verification experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in documentation, reading, and following instructions
  • Knowledge of basic computer software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to perform written and oral communications effectively and efficiently with co-workers, insurance representatives, and clients.
  • Ability to understand your roles on a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult to resolve client inquires

  • Travel Requirements 0-10% 
  • NOTE: Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $41,400.00 - $59,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
