The successful candidate must be able to meet the following requirements:

 

  • Review and analyze the RFx scope, instructions, outline, and delivery medium.
  • Identify duplicate requirements across areas, work with proposal manager to coordinate responses appropriately to gain consistency and minimize duplicate work
  • Attend pursuit kickoff and storyboard sessions.
  • Confirm Gainwell brand is followed in all client-facing material, including tone, brand colors, and format of deliverables.
  • Work with proposal manager to incorporate changes from document reviews.
  • As available, participate in hard copy production and quality check of documentation.
  • Support proposal production.

 

Responsible for establishing a visually consistent look and feel in all client-facing material to

help visually communicate to the sales teams win themes and the company’s brand image.

 

  • Uses company-branded proposal and presentation related tools, templates, and packaging and maintains and enriches branding standards for design templates used
  • Responsible for ensuring quality design and production of information-graphic elements such as organization charts, maps, flow charts, timelines, etc. as needed for a proposal.
  • Works with the Bid Manager and Proposal Manager to develop milestones involving presentation and artwork development
  • Responds to and supports the Bid Manager and Proposal Manager (for proposals and presentations)
  • Works with the Proposal Manager to define proposal, presentation, and collateral packaging
  • Develops presentation/proposal collateral production plan and communicates with support areas for efficient execution
  • Interacts with the pursuit team to develop individual visuals to support proposal information graphics, presentations, and collateral
  • Understands the company solution at a high-level, our value proposition, win themes, and differentiators
  • Develops compelling proposal/presentation graphics to illustrate or emphasize key information
  • Interprets sales message and company solution and translates features/benefits into a graphic representation
  • Produces ideas and designs through creative thinking, for example, creates metaphors or themes for designs and develops creative imagery for products
  • Ensures the pursuit team understands the presentation process, deliverables, and due dates
  • Understands the project’s business objective and issues
  • Delivers quality and complete presentations, graphics, and collateral, on time
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
  • Must be comfortable in the Adobe Suite of Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Must be comfortable designing in PowerPoint
  • Must be familiar with both electronic submission guidelines and print submission specifications and production requirements

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business communications, graphic design, information technology or related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience working with healthcare technologies and solutions, particularly government healthcare.

 

Other Qualifications

 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to persuade others through presentations, demonstration, and written communication
  • Strong listening skills to articulate client solutions
