We are looking for a talented Sr. Proposal Manager who has an overall passion for helping clients. This individual will be responsible for effectively planning, organizing, and managing the proposal life cycle process. Additionally, this individual will perform compliance operations on proposals, as needed.
Your role in our mission
- Develop schedules that incorporate client deadlines and accounts for all critical milestones of proposal development.
- Work with other proposal managers to evaluate RFP requirements and create a compliance matrix.
- Define document structure and create outlines, compliance matrices, storyboards, and other tools to assist content developers in crafting a compelling proposal that meets the client’s requirements.
- Provide proposal managers and writers any compliance findings that may impact the organization of the proposal response.
- Oversee proposal team members and serve as the single point of contact for other support organizations throughout the proposal’s development.
- Facilitate review cycles for compliance and compelling value, including facilitation of color team reviews.
- Track client changes to the RFP throughout the pursuit and compliance process and communicates the information to the pursuit team.
- Deliver a quality and complete proposal, on time while contributing to the proposal strategy that results in a high-scoring, compliant, and compelling proposal.
- Ensure a proper close-down of the proposal process and standardized archival of client documents post-submission.
What we're looking for
· BA/BS (any discipline) from an accredited college/university.
· 5+ years of experience with Adobe/Microsoft Office.
· Experience with Medicaid/HHS (Human Health Services) is a plus.
· 5+ years of experience in Project Management/Program Management/Proposal Management.
· PMP Certificate (highly preferred).

The pay range for this position is $82,700.00 - $118,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
