Your role in our mission
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain currency of proposal boilerplate for COB products, including making periodic updates to highlight innovations, results, and competitive differentiators in both text and graphics.
- Work with corporate Sales and Proposal teams to map existing boilerplate content to RFP requirements, particularly Statement of Work and experience sections.
- Seek out input from internal stakeholders to draft new content for both non-standard RFP requirements and new product offerings.
- Assist in editing and critically reviewing original proposal responses and other proposal related documents to ensure clarity, highlight features and benefits, communicate end-client value.
- Assist bid/capture team in developing and generating strategies, themes, and discriminators for responses; participates in proposal reviews.
- Collaborate with corporate Marketing team on COB product collateral and thought leadership content and campaigns; ensure alignment with other market-facing communications, including client-specific proposals and presentations.
- Write and distribute internal team communications such as product performance & education, employee engagement, town hall read outs, and Voice of the Client Results.
What we're looking for
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, English, Marketing or related field preferred
- Three or more years of experience in government RFP proposal development, preparation, writing and analysis
- Adept using Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated success conceptualizing and developing infographics to increase reader comprehension of key product features and benefits
Other Qualifications:
- Editing and proofreading skills
- Problem solving, organization and time management skills to balance and prioritize work
- Ability to work in a team environment

The pay range for this position is $66,200.00 - $94,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
