Join Gainwell Technologies as an Provider Enrollment Analyst and help us deliver better health and human services outcomes. In this role, you’ll support the accurate and timely enrollment of healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with program and regulatory standards. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build upon their foundational experience in provider enrollment while contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations team.

Your role in our mission

• Perform initial data entry and verification of provider information to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve enrollment discrepancies and documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate provider records and assist in preparing operational reports to support performance goals.
• Utilize designated systems and tools to process provider enrollments efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying workflow gaps and recommending enhancements.

What we're looking for

• 2–3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in provider enrollment, credentialing, or related areas.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working with databases or enrollment systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is [[salaryMin]] - [[salaryMid]] per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
