Summary
Under the supervision of the Provider Enrollment Manager Supervisor, this position will be responsible for the timely review, investigation, enrollment, and updating of provider applications received in the department. The position must maintain the quality, production, and timeliness standards of the department. The PE Analyst is also expected to keep current with all policies and procedures related to the enrollment process and of the specific functions assigned to the position.
Your role in our mission
- Review, data entry, and process all enrollment / update provider enrollment types and related documents and correct audit errors found.
- Outreach customers as needed. Assist others in the processing of enrollment documents Processing Provider Enrollment applications submitted by providers.
- Working on complex Provider Enrollment applications that are under strict deadlines.
- Ensuring Provider Enrollment applications are following Medicaid policy and procedures.
What we're looking for
- High school diploma. Some college preferred.
- Previous provider enrollment processing experience with a Medicare and/or Medicaid related organization is preferred.
- Proficient with PC and windows environment, including software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Complete multiple tasks proficiently (i.e., research, analyze, and successfully resolve complex issues)
- Able to learn and interpret administrative policies and procedures.

- Balances decision making, problem solving along with accuracy, quality, and efficiency in all tasks.
- A willingness and ability to learn internal systems/processes/programs, as needed.
- Familiarity with medication names and medical terminology
- General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, use of the internet, and email is required.

The pay range for this position is $29,100.00 - $41,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
