Join Gainwell Technologies and help deliver better outcomes for the clients and communities we serve. As a Provider Enrollment Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day provider enrollment activities for the Idaho Medicaid program. You’ll ensure timely and accurate completion of provider enrollment, maintenance, and revalidation processes while supporting team development and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
Your role in our mission
• Monitor daily operations of the provider enrollment team, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met for enrollment, maintenance, and revalidation activities.
• Train, mentor, and support team members by providing guidance and answering process-related questions.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and refining policies, procedures, and workflows related to provider enrollment.
• Stay informed of payer and regulatory updates, ensuring processes remain compliant and efficient.
• Review reports to maintain data integrity and prepare summaries for management review.
What we're looking for
• 4 or more years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of provider enrollment processes, payer requirements, and Medicaid or Medicare programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and support team members to meet performance and compliance goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with provider enrollment systems or databases.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

The pay range for this position is $32,700.00 - $46,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
