Summary
Gainwell is seeking a Provider Enrollment Lead to support the daily work of a provider enrollment team. You will monitor enrollment activities and service levels, assist with enrollment, maintenance, and revalidation work, train and support team members, research provider questions, and review reports for accuracy. You will also help update procedures and workflows as payer and regulatory requirements change.
Your role in our mission
- Monitor daily provider enrollment operations, reports, and workloads to support service-level requirements for enrollment, maintenance, and revalidation.
- Train and mentor provider enrollment staff, answer process questions, and provide day-to-day guidance to team members.
- Process and support provider enrollment, maintenance, and revalidation activities and research moderately complex provider or customer questions.
- Review reports and daily transactions for accuracy and data integrity and ensure work follows established policies, procedures, and service-level requirements.
- Help develop and improve provider enrollment policies, procedures, and workflows and incorporate payer or regulatory changes into daily processes.
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of provider enrollment experience.
- Hands-on experience with provider enrollment processes, including enrollment, maintenance, and/or revalidation.
- Experience reviewing provider enrollment transactions, reports, or data for accuracy and resolving enrollment-related questions or issues.
- Experience training, mentoring, or providing process guidance to team members, along with strong organization and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using business or provider enrollment systems.

- Work independently while maintaining regular communication with provider enrollment staff, management, customers, and internal partners.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accurate provider enrollment information.
- Schedule flexibility may be required based on business and operational needs.

The pay range for this position is $31,400.00 - $44,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
