Summary

HMS a Gainwell Company

HMS is hiring Provider Enrollment Analyst Leads for to assist account leadership with ensuring the team is within adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). They will create and submit reports to leadership regarding work performed on the appropriate time schedule. They also advise leadership of any challenges that could impact the team’s ability to achieve adherence with SLAs. The Provider Enrollment Analyst Leads will assist with onboarding and training new staff and assist staff with complex enrollment applications and responses to the client or providers.

Your role in our mission

 

•    Processes and returns moderately complex provider applications/requests.
•    Enters data and confirms provider information entered or already in the system.
•    Processes written correspondence for provider maintenance.
•    Researches problem areas and documents processes used to correct issues.
•    Responds to internal and external inquiries relating to enrollment questions.
•    Tracks and logs all provider inquiries.
•    Corresponds and returns applications, providing clear direction to providers.
•    Ensures proper policy and guidelines are being followed by using the User and Operating procedure manuals.
•    Other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for

  • Four or more years of credentialing experience, medical billing experience, or healthcare experience.
  • Demonstrated professionalism in communications with providers and customers.
  • Ability to effectively work independently to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work under aggressive time constraints. Ability to work with details and follow directions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to use multiple window-based screens to perform work. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to be well organized and work under high production standards. Ability to track and follow up on assignments and enrollment applications.

What you should expect in this role

In-Office/Work-from-Home Hybrid

Work-from-home (WFH); or Hybrid model including in-office and WFH days to be defined. For positions assigned to WFH, reliable high-speed internet connectivity is required.  Employees working-from-home may be required to report to the office, at times, to support work efforts.

 

The pay range for this position is $37,400.00 - $46,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
