The Provider Enrollment Supervisor oversees the Idaho Medicaid provider enrollment team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of enrollments, maintenance, and renewals. This role upholds compliance with federal and state regulations while driving operational efficiency and service quality.
Your role in our mission
• Supervise daily operations of the provider enrollment team, managing workloads and ensuring productivity goals are achieved.
• Monitor enrollment timelines and maintain workflow efficiency to prevent delays in billing or reimbursement.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, providing coaching to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with Idaho Medicaid, payer, and regulatory requirements by updating processes and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with state clients, providers, and internal teams to resolve complex enrollment issues and improve service delivery.
What we're looking for
• 3–5 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare operations, with 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of provider enrollment regulations, payer requirements, and Medicaid processes.
• Proficiency in provider enrollment systems such as PECOS, CAQH, and payer portals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
What you should expect in this role
• Fully remote position based in Idaho; standard Monday–Friday schedule.
• Serve as point of contact for escalations and complex provider enrollment inquiries.
• Prepare and analyze reports on key performance metrics, backlog, and issue resolution.
• Oversee provider application submissions, tracking, and reporting for the Idaho Medicaid program.

The pay range for this position is $45,300.00 - $64,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
