Summary

As a Provider Enrollment Supervisor - Remote US at Gainwell Technologies, you will lead a team responsible for provider enrollment and provider revalidation activities supporting Medicaid healthcare programs and regulatory compliance initiatives. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational excellence, quality assurance, fraud prevention efforts, and team performance within a high-volume healthcare operations environment.

You will oversee day-to-day operations for Provider Enrollment Analysts while partnering with leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure productivity, compliance, and service level expectations are consistently achieved.

Your role in our mission

  • Supervise the daily operations of the Provider Enrollment Analyst team, including workload distribution, productivity monitoring, quality reviews, coaching, and performance management.
  • Support provider enrollment and provider revalidation initiatives by ensuring compliance with CMS, state, federal, and internal operational guidelines while minimizing organizational risk.
  • Communicate service level concerns, operational trends, staffing challenges, and escalation issues to leadership in a timely manner to support business continuity and client satisfaction.
  • Review reports, dashboards, audits, and operational data to ensure accuracy, identify process improvement opportunities, and maintain data integrity within provider enrollment systems.
  • Train, mentor, and support team members on workflows, policies, compliance requirements, customer service expectations, and quality standards in a remote production-based environment.

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in provider enrollment, provider revalidation, healthcare operations, claims processing, provider credentialing, or healthcare compliance support.
  • 5+ years of leadership, supervisory, team lead, or mentoring experience in a healthcare operations or production-based environment required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook, along with familiarity with healthcare systems, Medicaid operations, provider data management, and operational reporting.

What you should expect in this role

  • This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
  • Employees must be available to work Monday through Friday during Eastern Time business hours, from 8:00 AM ET to 5:30 PM ET, regardless of their local time zone.
  • This role supports provider revalidation and healthcare compliance initiatives tied to evolving federal and state fraud prevention requirements.
  • Daily operational metrics, productivity, quality, attendance, and service level performance will be monitored in this leadership role.
  • Video cameras must be used during interviews and orientation, and employees must maintain a broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload for remote work effectiveness.

The pay range for this position is $51,800 - $74,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
