Your role in our mission

· Monitor and measure the quality and accuracy of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) results. Create SLA Dashboards and trend reports.

· Become the subject matter expert on the MaineCare contract and support business units with contract questions.

· Conduct audits of interal business operation functions and identify the accuracy and compliance of following operational policies and procedures.

· Prepare audit reports of findings to identify both strengths and opportunities for improvement. Works with Supervisors and Managers to develop strategies for quality improvement.

· Assist in establishing and documenting a tailored strategy quality plan for the performance of quality assurance activities for assigned projects or tasks to include documentation of progress.

· Participates in special projects, external and internal audits, and process improvements in support of quality assurance initiatives.

What you should expect in this role

  • This is a remote position for candidates living in the United States but outside Maine. Individuals who live within 1 hour of Augusta, Maine may have a hybrid schedule (work from home and office).
  • · Full-time (40 hours a week)
  • · Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation.
  • · Most benefits start on the first day of employment
  • · To effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS

 

The pay range for this position is $40,300.00 - $57,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
