As the SPBM Insights Manager at Gainwell, you will ensure the streamlined delivery of analytic insights within Gainwell Technologies Single Pharmacy Benefits Manger Center of Excellence. You will perform analysis of client data and facilitate gathering success stories to help Gainwell grow.
Your role in our mission
• Maintain an understanding of current business issues, objectives, and strategies within SPBM and recognize opportunities to apply analytic techniques to help solve problems and enhance business capabilities.
• Work in partnership on engagements with key business stakeholders in a discussion on business opportunities.
• Monitor client performance and trends.
• Serve as Pharmacist SME to conceive and perform analysis that identifies opportunities to showcase Gainwell successes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement such as increased medication adherence or opportunities for increased efficiency and optimization.
• Monitor and report on client performance. Share utilization trends and recommendations for cost savings opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for improvement such as formulary management and configuration edits.
• Serve as analytic advisor to client clinical staff.
What we're looking for
• Demonstrated analytic experience and abilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacy operations and data, Government programs, Medicaid population, and managed care organizations.
• Proven experience with managing the delivery of information to facilitate monitoring of quality, cost, and compliance with Federal and State requirements.
• Experience identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and ensure accountability and presenting findings to key stakeholders.
• Licensed pharmacist strongly preferred or equivalent experience performing pharmacy analysis.
• SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as a proficiency with business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with stakeholders including Leadership, Product, Data, and Design teams to assist with data-related efforts.
• Experience presenting analytic findings to stakeholders and clients.
• Healthcare knowledge within a Medicaid and Pharmacy/Healthcare plan claims processing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to abide by Gainwell policies.
• Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and clients.
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop, organize, and maintain project plans and agendas.
• Excellent writing skills, ability to develop presentations, brief proposals, protocols, and review guideline documents.

The pay range for this position is $105,900.00 - $151,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
