  • Partner with developers to support development and enhancement of SSRS reports and SSIS/ETL processes.
  • Analyze source and target data and develop source-to-target mapping documentation.
  • Use SQL queries to research data, validate report results, reconcile discrepancies, and support root-cause analysis.
  • Document data transformation and validation rules for SSIS processes.
  • Work with business and technical teams to understand database tables, views, stored procedures, data relationships, and system interfaces.
  • Develop test scenarios and test cases and perform functional, integration, regression, and data-validation testing.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off.
  • Investigate production reporting and data issues and coordinate resolution across business, development, and database teams.
  • Maintain requirements traceability and ensure delivered solutions meet approved business requirements.

  • Experience developing report specifications, business requirements, data mappings, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with source-to-target mapping and data-transformation requirements.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data relationships.
  • Experience performing report and data validation, defect management, and UAT.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause-analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
