Your role in our mission

  • Prepares and reviews payroll and expense payments for area of assignment.
  • Verifies compliance with various payroll tax laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Serves as a resource to payroll team and the general employee population related to payroll tax questions and issues.
  • Verifies employee financial information such as benefits, tax exemptions, and direct deposit information.
  • Assists with the reconciliation of quarterly payroll taxes and year-end W2 earning statements.
  • Coordinates preparation and distribution of payroll reports to corporate office.
  • Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Six or more years of payroll experience
  • Experience working with payroll and tax laws
  • Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles
  • Experience working with tax forms and processing

The pay range for this position is $44,700.00 - $63,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
