Your role in our mission
- Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements.
- Develop business specifications in collaboration with clients to shape technology-driven solutions.
- Analyze, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes that support strategic goals.
- Create conceptual data/process models and workflows aligned with project needs.
- Participate in or lead requirements gathering, system testing, and user acceptance activities while coordinating cross-functionally to streamline delivery
- Approve and validate test results to ensure alignment with business intent.
What we're looking for
- 6 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—able to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with business process re-engineering.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft tools , SQL, or relational databases.
- Curiosity and initiative to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ in Medicaid/Medicare preferred

The pay range for this position is $69,400 - $ 99,200 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
