You will be responsible for translating business needs into reporting requirements and collaborating with staff and client to ensure that operational and client reporting is delivered successfully. In addition, the BA will use system reports and analyses to identify potentially problematic data, make corrections, and determine root cause for data problems and suggest possible solutions.

- The business domain includes Healthcare business processes, specifically focused on Medicaid and Medicare and CMS
- Verify data meets the defined requirements through extensive verification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills interfacing at all client management levels
- Develop, implement and optimize complex queries and scripts with SQL to provide requested data
- Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements
- Prepare documentations and specifications
- Research required data / logic from the system and convert it into SQL queries
- Prepare and provide data in a client-friendly format
What we're looking for
- 6 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position with 3 or more years of Healthcare (Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred)
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other software for conducting quantitative analysis. SQL queries, reporting data and gap analysis knowledge is a must
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and share as an active member of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
