Your role in our mission

Key Responsibilities

System Implementation & Support

  • Partner with IT teams and EVV vendors to define system changes, integrations, and enhancements
  • Support API and data‑exchange workflows with Medicaid systems, third‑party EVV providers, and internal platforms
  • Assist in configuring business rules (visit verification logic, call‑in/call‑out workflows, GPS, FVV)

Testing & Validation

  • Develop test plans and test cases; execute UAT for new releases and defect fixes
  • Validate data accuracy across EVV, scheduling, and billing systems

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as primary liaison between operations, provider agencies, vendors, and IT
  • Lead requirements workshops, design sessions, and process‑mapping meetings
  • Provide end‑user training and maintain system/process documentation

Compliance & Reporting

  • Monitor EVV compliance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support audits, quality reviews, and state reporting efforts
  • Ensure system changes meet Medicaid and CMS EVV requirements

What we're looking for

  • 6 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry with 3 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL and other requirement-mapping tools 
  • Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, including Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking and Confluence for documentation
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including participation in sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and user story development
  • Strong client communication skills translating client needs to actionable objectives
  • Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills to deliver messages to business leaders, clients and technical personnel
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate others and communicate key technical ideas in a digestible, business‑friendly manner

Electronic Visit Verification requirements

  • Experience supporting EVV or similar healthcare technology platforms, including partnering with IT and vendors to define system changes, integrations, and business‑rule configurations (e.g., visit‑verification logic, GPS/FVV, call‑in/call‑out workflows).
  • Ability to develop and execute test plans and UAT, validate data across EVV, scheduling, and billing systems, and ensure accuracy of end‑to‑end workflows.
  • Skilled in facilitating requirements sessions, process‑mapping discussions, and training for provider agencies, operations teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience monitoring EVV compliance metrics, supporting audits and state reporting, and ensuring all system updates align with Medicaid, CMS, and state‑specific EVV requirements.

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
