In this newly created role, the Senior Business Analyst will support the Pharmaceutical Trade Relations team across all departmental functions. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of pharmacy (including pharmaceutical agents) and will manage existing workflow processes while enhancing them through low-code automation tools, such as the Microsoft Power Platform.
Your role in our mission
- Create and track pharmaceutical rebate agreements between clients and manufacturers, ensuring timely and accurate execution using predefined templates.
- Serve as a liaison between pharmaceutical manufacturers and internal business teams during bid solicitations, bid receipt, and agreement execution.
- Ensure adherence to business process flows, with accurate data entry and storage in designated systems.
- Oversee timely and accurate file loading across internal and external business partners.
- Collaborate with technical teams to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating report changes and system updates.
- Conduct data cleansing and analysis as needed.

- Assist in developing solutions and process improvements using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate), including advanced automated workflows.
- Lead and participate in change control and process optimization initiatives; support reporting and analytics aligned with SOPs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to solve complex problems, provide operational insights, and support strategic planning and growth.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and system reliability across business processes.
- Develop and maintain business and data quality monitoring processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
- 6 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry with 3 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Health Informatics/Pharmacy Informatics, Pharmacy Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Pharmacy background required – must have a basic understanding of pharmacy benefits management, pharmaceuticals, and the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform & AI Solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse); familiarity with Copilot for app/flow creation and connectors such as SharePoint and SQL.
- Low-code development skills and data modeling proficiency are a plus, but not required.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
