Your role in our mission

- Ability to work with the client, Gainwell business teams, Gainwell technical teams, and other vendors at all levels to identify and develop both business and technical solutions and resolve issues
- Analyze CoreMMIS reports to resolve discrepancies/errors
- Ability to develop requirements, business designs, and business processes for required system changes
- Develop and/or coordinate creation of ad hoc reports to monitor, support, and analyze all Provider Enrollment processes
- Participate in both internal and external committees and workgroups as requested by the Provider Enrollment Supervisor and Provider Relations Manager
- Ability to project a positive, professional attitude and a high degree of self-confidence in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that is client facing
- Ability to effectively manage time and work independently in a strong team environment
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Familiarity with private health insurance and Medicaid is strongly desired; learning curve is much greater without any knowledge
- Prior experience with health insurance to include knowledge of Member and Provider Relations, Systems Life Cycle, and project management
- Strong understanding and knowledge of accounting and finance functions within an organization
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to write client documentation and participate in client-facing meetings.
- Strong presentation skills
- Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
