The Senior Business Analyst - Requirements Validation Facilitator plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end RVS process, ensuring that client requirements are accurately validated and aligned with solution deliverables. This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to document requirements, lead discussions, and package RVS artifacts. The Senior BA provides guidance to team members, facilitates stakeholder collaboration, and supports the delivery of high-quality artifacts that demonstrate how requirements are met. Here are the details on this position.

Your role in our mission

  • Supports the RVS process by analyzing and documenting requirements and mapping them to the solution.
  • Drives the creation of "How Requirements Are Met" documentation, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Prepares and packages RVS artifacts for internal and client consumption, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborates with internal teams, client stakeholders, and project leadership to gather and validate requirements.
  • Facilitates discussions during RVS sessions, ensuring active participation and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Identifies and escalates stakeholder issues or gaps, supporting the RV Lead in resolving conflicts.
  • Assists in facilitating RVS meetings, stepping in as needed to lead discussions or manage sessions.
  • Performs scribe responsibilities, capturing key insights, decisions, and action items during sessions.
  • Organizes and maintains documentation, including meeting minutes and summaries, to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Ensures the completeness and quality of RVS deliverables, collaborating with team members to resolve gaps.

  • Assists in identifying risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies to support project momentum.
  • Monitors the RVS schedule and ensures deliverables align with project timelines and milestones.
  • Utilizes ALM tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) to document requirements and establish end-to-end traceability.
  • Ensures proper documentation and linking of RVS artifacts to support downstream testing and development.
  • Provides guidance and support to team members on best practices for using ALM tools.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 5–7 years of business analysis experience, including hands-on involvement in requirements validation and solution delivery.
  • Experience with documenting and validating requirements for large-scale implementation projects.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with ALM tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, Medicaid, CMS, or MITA frameworks preferred.

Skills and qualifications

  • Proficient in documenting and packaging RVS artifacts for client review.
  • Skilled in organizing and analyzing information, ensuring accuracy in meeting minutes and summaries.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools, methodologies, and documentation practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build stakeholder consensus.
  • Effective facilitation skills to guide discussions and manage stakeholder participation during RVS sessions.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
  • Ability to provide mentorship and work guidance to less experienced team members.

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
