Summary
As a Senior Business Analyst - Resource Manager - California at Gainwell, you will be part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. The Resource Management position enables accurate workforce planning and cost alignment, ensuring timely staffing and optimized resource utilization. Here are the details on this position.
Your role in our mission
Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important areas.
- Ensures consistent adherence to workforce planning processes, timelines, and governance requirements.
- Maintains data integrity across workforce planning systems and ensures timely reporting for leadership.
- Partners with Finance to maintain and update monthly labor forecast plan.
- Engage talent acquisition and vendors to staff open positions, ensuring we have resources with the skills needed to support our client.
- Provide data-driven insights for staffing decisions.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (business management, contact center or related field preferred).
- Six or more years of functional area experience (workforce planning, contact center operations, vendor relations, human resources, procurement, information technology, etc.).
- Strong relationship management skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster direct dialog with vendors, external clients, employees, account partners, and internal business teams.
- Modern understanding of budget development, control and assurance methods, and project
management software. - Ability to translate broader program objectives of a program into clear and achievable project
milestones.

- Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.

The pay range for this position is $74,300.00 - $106,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
