Your role in our mission


As a Senior Business Leader specializing in Eligibility and Enrollment Systems, your core responsibilities will include:


  • Extensive Experience in Eligibility and Enrollment Systems: Leverage your deep understanding of eligibility criteria, enrollment processes, and regulatory frameworks to lead and guide projects in the state and local government context. With a minimum of 10 years of experience and multiple successful implementations, you will provide invaluable expertise to our teams.


  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, setting performance expectations, providing mentorship, and cultivating a collaborative work environment that fosters creativity and high performance.


  • Strategic Planning and Decision-Making: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of integrated eligibility systems. Demonstrate exceptional decision-making skills by considering factors such as cost, feasibility, and the impact on stakeholders.


  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Effectively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including state and local government officials, partner organizations, and other relevant parties. Align objectives, address concerns, and nurture positive relationships to facilitate successful project outcomes.


  • Policy and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements and regulations pertinent to integrated eligibility programs. Keep abreast of federal, state, and local policies, and champion compliance to prevent potential legal or operational issues.

What we're looking for


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of a minimum of 10 years of experience in eligibility and enrollment systems within the state and local government context, with 2-3 successful implementations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and the capacity to develop and implement plans that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Exceptional decision-making skills with the ability to weigh various factors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of policy and regulatory compliance in the public sector.
