Your role in our mission
Help power critical healthcare claims solutions at Gainwell. You’ll work on complex, high-impact systems, partner with technical leadership, solve meaningful production and integration challenges, and help modernize a platform that supports essential healthcare operations.
- Design, build, test, and support complex applications and batch solutions in a C, Unix/Linux, and Oracle environment.
- Own key technical deliverables across the full development lifecycle, from design and implementation through production support.
- Partner with technical leads and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex application, data, and integration issues with a focus on long-term stability and performance.
- Contribute to modernization, release readiness, and continuous improvement across a critical healthcare technology platform.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of development experience with C, Unix/Linux, Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Strong background delivering complex solutions in enterprise or legacy application environments.
- Experience with batch automation, production support, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and technical documentation skills.
- Healthcare IT or claims processing experience is strongly preferred.
- Expertise with multiple claims bundling/editing software platforms is desired

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
