Your role in our mission

  • The client yield manager will be assigned a client project which typically lasts one month per client. The client yield manager will review the adjudication results for the client’s accounts receivable system for the top 20 payers that have been billed with a goal of collecting more recoveries for the client.
  • Responsible for a client recovery and Gainwell revenue goal for each assigned client project. 
  • Performs analytical work including data analysis of carrier performance for assigned client. Identifies trends and issues, evaluates and presents solutions for issues identified. Analysis on clients AR includes but is not limited to: analysis of top carriers, top billings, billing platforms and claim types.
  • Supports collaboration between the carrier optimization and client engagement team as analysis and results happen. 
  • Resolves any unprocessed claims that can be rebilled and reworks any denials that can be resubmitted.
  • Resolves any EDI client set up issues with any major carriers.
  • Reports to management weekly on progress toward strategic client yield goal. 
  • Designs and develops reports and presentations of the client yield project results for the client engagement team as well as potentially presenting results at client meetings.
  • Closes out client project and deliverables and starts the new client project using the established project protocols.

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, SQL or and company Account Receivable databases
  • Ability to perform data analysis to benchmark carrier adjudication results and identify potential recoveries for the client
  • Ability to create project summary presentation and present results to client engagement team

 

What you should expect in this role

  • Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States 
  • Very little travel. Potential training visit and a potential client visit

The pay range for this position is $82,700.00 - $118,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
